1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and N7 Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”).
By buying, accessing or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.

3. Eligibility and accounts
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may use them only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If a product requires an account, you agree to:
- Give accurate and up-to-date information when you register
- Keep your login details confidential
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account
Each account or purchase is for one person. If you buy on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.
4. Purchases and billing
Prices
The price, the billing model and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase.
One-time purchases
A one-time purchase gives you access to the product for as long as we offer it. If we decide to retire a product sold as a one-time purchase, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.
Subscriptions
A subscription is billed in advance for each period, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at each renewal. We send a reminder by email before every yearly renewal.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time by writing to n7llc.support@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, or in your account settings where a product offers them. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
5. Acceptable use
When you use our products, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Upload or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent

6. Intellectual property
Our content
The software, lessons, text, design, logos and other content in our products belong to N7 Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your license
When you buy or subscribe to a product, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, for as long as your access lasts. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, resell or publish the product or its content, or to use our name and logos without permission.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you add to our products. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the product to you.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep our products available at all times, but we cannot promise that they will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance, and we give advance notice of planned maintenance when it is likely to affect you.
Support is provided by email, as described on our support page. We aim to reply within one business day.
8. Changes to products
We may update, improve or change the features of a product over time.
We discontinue a subscription product only after giving active subscribers at least 30 days’ notice. If you have paid in advance for a period that extends beyond the date the product closes, we refund the unused part.
9. Educational content
Our products are tools for learning, planning and organizing. The content is for general educational purposes and is not professional advice. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional, such as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, where your situation calls for it. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on it.
10. Warranties and liability
We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Beyond what is stated in these Terms and what the law requires, the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without further warranties.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits or data, and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Your legal rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer-protection laws of the country or state where you live.
11. Your responsibility
If you use our products in a way that breaks these Terms or the law, and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that claim causes, to the extent the law allows.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to a product if:
- You seriously or repeatedly break these Terms
- We have good reason to suspect fraud or unlawful activity
- A payment you owe is not made
- The law or a court order requires it
Where possible, we will tell you beforehand and give you the chance to fix the problem. You can stop using our products at any time. After access ends, your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will announce it by email or with a notice on our website at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Changes do not apply to the past. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. If you keep using a product after that date, the updated Terms apply to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
If you have a complaint, please write to n7llc.support@gmail.com first. Most problems can be solved quickly this way, and we will try in good faith to resolve yours within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws give you that right.
15. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the complete agreement between you and N7 Digital LLC about our products.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.
